Housekeeping
Housekeeping connects your cleaning team with the guest journey. Room status syncs between AeroGuest, your PMS and housekeeping tools like Sweeply, so everyone works from the same live information. When a room is marked as clean, guests are notified automatically and get their room number and digital key, and when they check out online, your team knows straight away which rooms are free to clean.

Effortless for guests
Guests don't need to do anything. They get a message as soon as their room is ready, and their room number and digital key appear in the app, so they can go straight to their room instead of waiting at reception. Coming soon, guests will also be able to make housekeeping requests, like asking for fresh towels or extra pillows, right from their phone.
